Marjoram Garlic Lamb Chops

3 TBSP fresh marjoram, minced 
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 TBSP olive oil
4 Lamb Chops 
Salt & Pepper TT

Combine all of the ingredients and marinate the lamb chops in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.  Pre-Heat the oven to 350 degrees.  Bring the chops to room temperature and sear them on both sides over high heat until brown.  Place them in the oven for 4-8 minutes.  Remove chops, wrap in foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
