Avocado Fruit Smoothie

I kid you not, this smoothie is delicious.  The avocado lends a creamy texture without sacrificing the fruity flavor.  Simply blend all of the ingredients together and voilà, two plus servings of fruit and one serving of veggies.  Enjoy this smoothie with some peanut butter on toasted whole grain bread.  Wash it down with a glass of milk, and you've got all of your food pyramid bases for breakfast covered.  

1/2 avocado, pitted and skinned
3 apricots, pitted
1 banana
handful yellow raspberries
handful blueberries
1/2 cup peach juice

serves 2
