Chef de la semaine- Chef Randal Jacobs

Chef Randal Jacobs of Elate

Randal Jacobs is the Executive Chef at Elate which is located in the LEED certified Felix Hotel.  His approach to Elate's menu is, "get back to simple cooking; let the good qualities of food speak for themselves" His seasonally-driven menu is rooted in Market Fare American cuisine.

I ran into Chef purchasing menu ingredients at the Three Sisters booth in the Green City Market last Saturday.  Having experienced his ingenious commingling of flavors at one of his former alma maters, De La Costa I will be sure to check out Elate.  Chef Jacobs is truly a master in the kitchen.
