Will the real Michelin Man please stand up?

Looky who we met… It’s Jean-Luc Naret in the flesh, the Michelin Man mascot and award winning (simultaneous three star Michelin ratings) chef, restaurateur and cookbook writer Thomas Keller.

As you can imagine, meeting the Directeur Général of the Michelin Guide, and the Best Chef in America 1997, was a huge honor bestowed upon a select group of Kendall College students. These great men took time out of their busy schedules to share their life experiences and words of wisdom: be patient, be passionate, and be you.

Thank you for giving back Jean-Luc and Chef Thomas. Your words did not fall upon deaf ears
