What is that Stuff? Breadfruit

Breadfruit is a staple food in many tropical regions.  When cooked via roasting, baking, frying or boiling the taste is similar to a baked potato or fresh baked bread. Breadfruit travels well so keep an eye open for this exotic at your local ethic markets.  Bake the fruit like a squash and add coconut milk, sugar and butter.
